Booking Policy

  • We do not work over anybody's work outside of the salon.

  • If you placed an appointment, you have a 10 minute grace period before your deposit can no longer be used towards the service.

  • You will need to book a soak off or have the set you have on removed before you come to us.

  • Please make sure you book correctly. What you book for is what you'll get serviced for. If you need a full set and currently have a set on, make sure you book a soak off.

The prices are a starting point and will vary from upgrades like designs, length & shape.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please notify us as soon as possible so that we can offer your slot to another client.

  2. If you need to cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service price.

  3. If you are running late for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure that we can accommodate our other clients.

  4. If you fail to show up for your appointment without any notice, you will be charged the full price of the service.

Rescheduling Policy:

  1. We understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule your appointment. Please notify us as soon as possible so that we can offer your slot to another client.

  2. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling requests. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service price.

  3. If you need to reschedule your appointment more than once, we may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your future appointment.

By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our cancellation and rescheduling policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us to provide the best possible service to all of our clients.
